  • Rounded out the top-five in the 60-meters with a time of 7.52 at the SBC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19-20)
  • Clinched first in the 60 meters (7.53) and landed second in the long jump (5.80m (19’ 0.5”)) at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (Jan. 18-20)
  • Placed third in the long jump with a leap of 5.63m (18’ 5.75”) at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kick-Off (Dec. 2)
  • Tallied eight top-10 finishes during the indoor season

  • Tallied 18 top-10 finishes, including six first-place finishes, during the outdoor season

  • Set the Randy Marion Track & Field facility records for the 100 meters (11.53) and long jump (6.32m (20’ 9”)), which she set at the App State Open (Apr. 26-27)
  • Recorded a leap of 5.66m (18’ 7”) in the long jump at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 22-25)
  • Clinched three first place finishes at the Lenoir-Rhyne Open (Mar. 16) in the 100 meters (11.60), long jump (5.97m (19’ 7”)), and 4x100-meter relay (44.75)
  • Part of the 4x100-meter relay team that placed fourth with a time of 44.95 and placed sixth in the 200 meters with a time of 24.02 at the SBC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11)
  • Part of the 4x100-meter relay team that placed second (44.93), rounded out the top-five in the 100 meters (11.63), and clocked a personal best of 23.83 to place seventh in the 200 meters at the Georgia Tech Invitational (Apr. 19-20)

Indoor 
  • Cliched gold in the 55 meters with a personal best time of 6.90 and in the  long jump with a personal best leap of 6.15m (20’ 2.25) at the John Weaver Invitational (Dec. 2-3)
  • Finished first in the long jump and preliminary round of the 55 meters at the App State Split Meet (Jan. 20)
  • Stopped the clock at 24.47 for a second-place finish in the 200 meters at the VMI Winter Classic (Jan. 27-28) 
  • Clocked a personal best of 7.49 in the preliminary round of the 60 meters at the VMI Winter Classic (Jan. 27-28) and finished third overall with a time of 7.52
  • Posted a first-place finish in the 60 meters and a second-place finish in the long jump at the Marshall Invitational (Feb. 10-11)
  • Recorded a leap of 5.76m (18’ 10.75”) at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Meet (Feb. 3-4) 
  • Competed in the 60 meters, 200 meters, and long jump at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (Feb. 20-21)
Outdoor 
  • Recorded facility records in the 100 meters (11.71, PR) and 4x100-meter relay (45.21) in addition to taking second in the long jump (5.97m (19’ 7”) at the App State Open (Apr. 28-29)
  • Was one of the first to represent App State at the Texas Relays, finishing 15th in the long jump (5.65m (18’ 6.5”)) and 32nd in the 100 meters (11.77)
  • Posted a personal best of 24.25 in the preliminary heat of the 200 meters and finished sixth in the 200-meter final with a time of 24.05 (3.2) at the Sun Belt Championships (May 11-13)
  • Placed first in the 100 meters (11.86) and 4x100-meter relay (45.83), and finished second in the 200 meters (24.36) and long jump (5.84m (19’ 2”)) at the Adidas Winthrop Invitational (Mar. 24-25)

2021-22
Indoor 
  • Clinched first in the 55 meters with a PR of 7.10 and nabbed second in the long jump with a leap of 5.96m (19’ 6.75”) at the Appalachian Open (Dec. 3-4) 
  • Stopped the clock at 7.68 for a PR in the preliminary heat of the 60 meters and placed first in the long jump at the ETSU Track & Field Invitational (Jan. 14-15)
  • Placed first in the long jump with a leap of 6.05 (19’ 10.25”) and clocked a PR of 42.58 in the 300 meters to place fourth at the App State Split Invitational 
  • Competed in the 60 meters, 200 meters, and long jump at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (Feb. 21-22) 
Outdoor
  • Recorded a leap of 5.88m (19’ 3.5”) in the long jump at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 25-28)
  • Posted a PR of 6.11m (20’ 0.5”) in the long jump to garner Second-Team All-SBC accolades at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships (May 12-14) 
  • Member of the 4x100-meter relay team that clocked a time of 45.57 to place first at the VertKlasse Meeting (Apr. 1-2) 
  • Clocked PRs in the 100 meters (11.86) and 200 meters (24.27) at the Georgia Tech Invitational (Apr. 22-23) 
2020-21
Indoor
  • Recorded a PR time of 24.92 seconds during prelims of the 200-meter dash at the Sun Belt Championships
  • Notched a season-best mark of 19-1.25 (5.76m) in the long jump at the Liberty Elite Invitational
  • Crossed the finish line in a season-best time of 7.73 seconds in the 60-meter dash at the Brant Tolsma Invitational
Outdoor
  • Won the long jump at the USC Open with a PR mark of 19-6.75 (5.96m). The mark also ranks eighth in program history
  • Clocked a PR time of 12.31 seconds in the 100-meter dash to finish fourth at the Chanticleer Challenge
  • At the season opening Wendy's Teal Seahawk Invitational, recorded a PR in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.27 seconds
2019-20
Indoor
  • Placed sixth in the long jump at the Sun Belt Championships with a mark of 18-9.00 (5.71m)
  • Recorded the fifth best mark in program history in the long jump at the ETSU Track & Field Invitational, covering a PR mark of 19-8.75 (6.01m). Was named Most Outstanding Athlete at the Meet
  • Recorded a PR mark of 7.71 seconds in the 60-meter dash at the VMI Team Challenge
