Cross Country 
  • Named SBC Women’s Newcomer of the Year after helping the Mountaineers to their first team title since 2018
  • Earned Second Team All-SBC honors after finishing sixth with a season best 5K time of 17:44.0 at the SBC Championships (Nov. 1) 
  • Finished 53rd at the NCAA Southeast Regional after stopping the clock at 21:50.7 for a 6K season best
  • Placed first with a 6K time of 21:43.1 at the Winthrop Invitational (Oct. 18) 
  • Stopped the clock at 21:25.7 to place 12th in competition and rise to eighth in the program all-time list at the Firetower Project Run (Sept. 13)

  • Placed third with program record time of 2:52.76 in the 1,000 meters and placed 11th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:41.73 at the Orange & Purple Invitational (Jan. 24-25)
  • Member of the DMR team that placed second with program record time of 11:25.30 and placed ninth with a time of 4:50.97 in the mile at the Doc Hale Invitational (Feb. 7-8)
  • Earned Second Team All-SBC honors as a member of the distance medley relay team that placed second with a time of 11:35.52 at the SBC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25) 
  • Individually placed third in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:44.25 and fourth in the mile with a time of 4:52.94 at the SBC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)
  • Finished the season ranked third in the mile and fourth in the 3,000 meters on the program all-time list 
Prior to App State
  • Competed at Charlotte 
  • Holds the Charlotte program record for the indoor mile (4:45.66), indoor 1,000 meters (2:52.69), and outdoor 1,500 meters (4:24.28)
  • Appeared in 5,000 meters and clocked a time of 17:28.62 at the 2024 NCAA East Prelim (May 22-25)
  • Was the 2024 AAC champion in the indoor 3,000 meters with a time of 9:33.09
  • Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic and CSS Academic All-District honors in 2024
