Cross Country 
  • Earned Second Team All-SBC honors after finishing seventh with a 5K time of 17:46.4 at the SBC Championships (Nov. 1) and helping the Mountaineers to their first SBC Women’s Cross Country team title since 2018
  • Clocked a 6K time of 22:27.5 at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 15), finishing among the top-100
  • Stopped the clock at 17:37.1 for a 5K personal best and top-20 finish at the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 4) and rounded out the top-10 in the program all-time list
  • Finished second with a 6K time of 22:02.9 at the Winthrop Invitational (Oct. 18) 
  • Placed fifth with a 5K time of 17:59.6 at the Covered Bridge Open (Aug. 30) and clocked a 6K time of 21:33.7 to place 14th at the Firetower Project Run (Sept. 13)
 Indoor
  • Earned Second Team All-SBC after placing second with a time of 16:41.66 in the 5,000 meters - rising to third in the App State all-time list - and placed fourth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:47.09 at the SBC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25) 
  • Part of the distance medley relay (DMR) team that placed fifth with a time of 12:12.61 and recorded a personal best and seventh-place finish with a time of 4:59.51 in the mile at the Doc Hale Invitational (Feb. 7-8) 
  • Posted a personal best of 9:43.16 to round out the top-10 in the 3,000 meters and move to sixth in the all-time list at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (Feb. 14-15)
  • Placed first in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:00.66 at the Orange & Purple Invitational (Jan. 24-25)
 Outdoor
  • Named the SBC Outdoor Track & Field Women’s Newcomer of the Year
  • Collected First Team All-SBC honors after finishing first in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:36.27 and second in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:53.59 at the SBC Outdoor Championships (May 8-10)
  • Clocked a personal best of 16:30.30 in the 5,000 meters at the Penn Relays (Apr. 24-26), which moved her to fourth on the program all-time list
  • Placed seventh in competition and rose to second in the program all-time list with a personal best of 10:34.13 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Duke Invitational (Apr. 10-12) 
  • Clocked a personal best of 34:41.91, finishing in the top-20 in the 10,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 27-29), which elevated her to second on the program all-time list
  • Placed first in the 10,000 meters with a facility record time of 35:35.19 at the Sunday Night Qualifier (May 18) 
  • Finished first in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:58.10 at the Mountaineer First Chance (Mar. 21)
