  • Helped the Mountaineers to their first Sun Belt women’s cross country championship title since 2018 after rounding out the top-20 with a 5K time of 18:16.2
  • Clocked a 6K personal best of 22:20.2 at the Firetower Project Run (Sept. 13) 
  • Stopped the clock at 18:08.4 for a 5K personal best at the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 4) 
  • With a 6K time of 23:20.7, placed eighth at the Winthrop Invitational (Oct. 18)

  • Recorded a time of 17:51.59 in the 5,000 meters at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)
  • Placed sixth with a time of 17:58.79 in the 5,000 meters at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (Feb. 14-15)
  • Took 11th with a time of 10:38.29 in the 3,000 meters at the Doc Hale Invitational (Feb. 7-8)

  • Placed third in the 10,000 meters with a time of 38:55.02 and was part of the 4x400-meter quartet that placed sixth with a time of 4:18.63 at the App State Open (Apr. 18-19)
  • Stopped the clock at 18:16.57 in the 5,000 meters at the Mountaineer First Chance (Mar. 21)

  • Placed 10th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:51.77 at the SBC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19-20)

  • Clocked a season best of 17:45.06 to place fifth in the 5,000 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays (Mar. 22-23)

  • Clocked a season best of 39:05.35 in the 10,000 meters, placing fourth overall at the Colonial Relays (Mar. 30-Apr. 1)
  • Took fourth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 19:37.57 at the App State Open (Apr. 28-29)
  • Clocked a season best of 18:45.42 in the 5,000 meters at the Georgia Tech Invitational (Apr. 21-22)

  • Posted an outdoor season best of 18:40.09 in the 5000 meters at the VertKlasse Meeting (Apr. 1-2) 
  • Took 14th in the 5000 meters at the Charlotte 49er Classic (Mar 17-19)

  • Qualified for the GHSA State Cross Country Championships three times, posting a top 10 finish each season
  • During the 2021 outdoor season, placed third in the 3,200-meter run in the Region 5-AAAAA Championships in 11:41.06
  • Enjoyed a strong outdoor season in 2019, posting PR's in the 800-meter run (2:28.59), 1600-meter run (5:25.18) and 2,000-meter steeplechase (7:57.09). In addition, posted a time of 11:27.96 at the state championships, placing sixth and helping her team finish second.
