Singles: Fall: Picked up six wins during the fall ... won three straight matches highlighted by wins against Davidson (Gabrielle Centenari) and East Carolina (Nastja Rettich) ... tallied a victory against Merlene Hermann of UAB at the Lakewood Ranch Intercollegiate Classic hosted by Dick Vitale ... Spring: Tied for third with 10 wins on top of a 10-8 mark ... nine of her wins came in the No. 2 spot ... led the team with an impressive 7-1 record in Sun Belt play ... her seven Sun Belt victories were tied for fourth in the league ... won nine of her last 12 matches after starting the season 1-5 ... went on a 5-1 tear to end the season ... earned the women's tennis Sun Belt Player of the Week award after going 2-0 in singles and doubles against Coastal Carolina (3/13) and Arkansas State (3/17). 

Doubles: Fall: Competed in four matches during the fall slate ... Spring: Led the team with 13 overall doubles victories and a 13-4 mark ... posted an impressive 10-1 record with fellow senior, Rebecca Morse, leading the team in doubles wins ... finished undefeated in league action with a 7-0 record, which led the Sun Belt ... all 13 of her wins came in the No. 3 spot ... earned a win in the Sun Belt Tournament against Georgia Southern's C. Van Diemen/Lindsay Truscott ... defeated 
South Alabama's (3/22) Nikola Kohoutova/Yurie Takanishi ... downed Troy's Celia Estevan and Maria Casas Bias. 

"We're excited Jeannez has decided to play her last year of eligibility here at App State," coach Mosley stated.  "We both agreed in the recruiting process that she still has her best tennis in front of her.  Jeannez will bring a ton of experience in both singles and doubles to our already deep returning squad."

Prior to App State: Spent three seasons with the Buffs, where she amassed 25 wins in singles action playing in the No. 2, 3 and 4 spots, while she compiled 29 victories in doubles play. Her best season with Colorado came in her first season, registering 11 singles win and 12 doubles victories. Her second season she finished with a solid 8-1 mark in singles play and 7-4 in doubles competition. 

Prior to Colorado: Daniel had a stellar season at UTEP, leading the Miners with a 22-8 showing while her dual match victories (12-4) ranked second on the squad. Her singles winning percentage (.733) ranked eighth best for a single season in program history. She went 11-4 at the No. 2 spot and 1-0 at No. 3 and also paced UTEP with 10-tournament wins in the fall. One of her wins included a straight-set triumph over then-No. 75 Emily Olivier of New Mexico. In doubles, Daniel posted a 13-13 record and played a pivotal role in UTEP boasting its best winning percentage (.706) in school history. 

High School: A four-star recruit, she competed at International Tennis Federation tournaments in a variety of places. She forged a 3-0 record against four-star recruits in 2013 and won a match over Maricielo Torres Chihuan, 6-3, 6-1, in a tournament in Lima, Peru (March 2014). Daniel traveled to Anatalya, Turkey for competition in November 2013 and February 2014. She notched a victory in July 2013 in Brussels, Belgium, defeating Chantelle Rigozzi, 6-2, 6-3. She tallied back-to-back victories in June 2012 at Williamsburg, Va., and won a doubles match in Heraklion, Greece in April 2012.

Personal: Born on July 7, 1996 ... is the daughter of  Chevaughn and Mhyrlito Daniel ... has one brother and one sister ... hobbies include shopping, watching Netflix and reading ... will major in education and psychology.
