  • Rounded out the top-45 at the 2023 NCAA DIII Pre-Nationals (Oct. 7) with a 6K time of 22:54.9
  • Clocked a 5K personal best of 18:47.8 and placed first at the 2022 Little Three Meet (Sept. 9)
  • Stopped the clock at 22:32.7 for a 6K personal best at the LJU XC Invitational (Sept. 24, 2022) 
  • Two-time Centennial Conference Outdoor 3,000-meter steeplechase champion
  • Garnered gold as part of the distance medley relay team and secured silver as part of the 4x800-meter relay team at the 2024 Centennial Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)
  • Three-time first team all-conference selection and three-time second team all-conference selection
