2024: Started all 51 games for App State, a career-high ... Batted to a .246 batting average, compiling 33 hits in 134 at-bats ... Slugged six doubles and two homers ... Recorded her 100th career hit against Louisiana on March 29 ... Posted a .352 on-base percentage, which was the fifth-best on the team ... Was the sixth-toughest hitter in the Sun Belt to strike out, striking out once every 16.8 at-bats ... Posted a .990 fielding percentage at first base and third base, committing just three errors on 302 chances ... Had three multi-hit games in a row from March 1-2 ... Tallied five multi-hit games in 2024. 

2023: Started a career-high 49 games … finished third on the team in hitting (.303) and led the Mountaineers in the RBI column (27) … tallied 40 hits, seven doubles and four home runs … hit a three-run homer in the first inning App State’s first ranked win in program history against No. 23 Louisiana … registered 11 multi-hit games and finished the season a 12-game reached base streak, the highest of anyone on the team all year.

2022: Appeared in 17 games in the Black & Gold, starting in 15 of them … Posted six hits, five runs, seven RBIs and a double … Walked 10 times … Earned three RBIs and two runs in a win over ETSU … Recorded a fielding percentage of .980 … made a key double play at third in App State’s historic win over Louisiana … Named an NFCA Scholar-Athlete for the second year in a row.

2021: Started in 34 games at first base for the Mountaineers in 2021… Posted a .169 batting average in 77 at bats… Recorded 13 hits including two doubles and one home run… Finished the season with 12 RBIs and six runs scored… Posted an on base percentage of .317 and a slugging percentage of .234… Had one of the highest fielding percentages on the team with a .983… Had a season-high two hits in the win over Charlotte (2/16)… Had two RBIs in the win over Coastal Carolina (5/6)… Hit first home run of the season in the win over Radford (4/3) ... Named an NFCA Scholar-Athlete.
 
2020: Appeared in 21 games, making 20 starts at third base… Ended the year with a .281 batting average and a .407 slugging percentage in 59 at bats… Had 16 hits during the shortened season, including five doubles (tied for the team-high) and one home run… Knocked in 13 runs, good for second on the team and scored five runs… Her .371 on base percentage was also good for second on the team…  Had a season-high two hits and two RBI in the win over Southeastern Louisiana (March 11)... Hit her first career home run against South Alabama (March 7)... Posted a season-high five assists in the win over Oakland (Feb. 28)... Season was cut short due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

2019: Unable to perform due to a season-ending injury.

High School: A three-year Academic Scholar at Lincoln High School, Thorp earned a spot on the FACA all-state all-academic softball team for the past three years. During her junior year, she was inducted into the National Honors Society and made the Tallahassee Community College Dean's List as a dual-enrollment student. She earned the Lincoln High School softball second team All-Big Bend as a freshman and first team as a sophomore and junior. She was recognized with honorable mention for the high school golf All-Big Bend during her sophomore and junior years also. In addition, she earned the team's MVP award during her sophomore and junior seasons. All three years of her high school career to date she has earned FACA all-state awards with a FACA Softball District 1-8A Player of the Year award for 2016-2017. She played travel softball for the Sante Fe Inferno.

Personal: Daughter of Jason & Elizabeth Thorp ... sister to Austin & Kyler Thorp ... born on Dec. 30, 1999 ... plans to major in exercise science and minor in nutrition.
