2026: Made 41 appearances and started 32 games in her freshman season ... Carried a .291 batting average and owned a .913 OPS ... Tallied 25 hits in 86 at-bats while walking 12 times ... HIGH SCHOOL
Joining the Mountaineers from West Wilkes High School, Fletcher boasts a powerful bat, a winning pedigree and several individual accolades. In her final season at West Wilkes, she led her team to the 2A North Carolina state championship, while also helping it to a state tournament appearance in 2024 and a state championship series appearance in 2023. She has been named the District Player of the Year in her freshman season and was the 2023 Hot Stove Catcher of the Year. Fletcher recorded 32 hits, nine doubles and five home runs her sophomore season in 2022-23, while also being named all-conference and all-tournament. In her junior season, she was named to the all-state team and was the North Carolina Co-Player of the Year. On the travel circuit, Fletcher played for head coach Brad Huss on Team North Carolina Huss 18U and found success in several tournaments. Academically, Fletcher was an Honor Roll student at West Wilkes High School.
