2023: Made five appearances as a freshman, recording five strikeouts across nine innings of play … struck out a member of the All-SEC first team when App State visited Tennessee … also saw action against Seton Hall, Middle Tennessee, Queens and South Alabama.

High School: Hopkins arrives in the High Country as a two-time national champion. On the diamond, Hopkins earned all-conference honors as a freshman. She was named the conference and 2A District pitcher of the year while also being named to the all-state team. She fanned 128 batters across 77 innings of work, giving up just four walks and posting a 1.09 earned run average. She tallied a .341 average with 10 runs batted in and a trio of home runs. She won the ASA National Championship as a member of the EC Bullets and the USA JO Cup National Championship with Fury Platinum.
