Biography

2019: Robicheaux started in all 19 of the matches this season...his 1,405 minutes places him first on the team in minutes played by non-goalkeepers…scored twice, both of which were game-winning goals against High Point, and Howard in the Sun Belt Tournament… named to the Sun Belt All-Tournament team...took a season-high four shots against ETSU (10/1)... took a season-high two shots on target against Howard (11/13).

2018: Appeared in 16 contests with two starts in his first season in the Black and Gold ... totaled 529 minutes of action .... his first collegiate start came against then-No. 22 Coastal Carolina (10/13), helping the Apps upset the Chanticleers, 2-1 ... tallied his first assist against Belmont (9/3) ...  played the full 90 minutes on two occasions against the Chanticleers and Presbyterian (10/23). 

High School: From the Bayou in Mandeville, the future Mountaineer endured a successful high school career both individually and as a team with a national powerhouse in St. Paul's ... in 2017, he was named to the Great Western Lotto All-Tournament Team and then earned a nod on the 2018 Louisiana Athletic Association All-Star squad ...  helped St. Paul's capture two state champions on top of a No. 1 ranking in the country according to maxpreps.com ... amassed a stellar stat line of 15 goals and 18 assists as a defender ... played for the CYSA Gunners in club ball ... was a captain and a three-time Louisiana State Champion while competing in the Southern Regional Tournament for three consecutive seasons. 


Personal: Full name is Mason Frank Robicheaux ... son of Cliff and Rhonda Robicheaux ... born on April 21, 1999 ... has three sisters, Kayla, Brittany and Courtney ...  his sister, Courtney, is a three-year starter at Mississippi State ... will major in political science and plans to attend law school after graduation ... enjoys fishing and tennis.
