2019: Played in 17 games for the Mountaineers with four starts... had three points on the season with a goal and an assist... scored against ETSU (10/1)... had an assist in the 2-1 win over UAB (10/16)... took 13 shots on the year with five on goal... took a season-high two shots against Coastal Carolina in the Sun Belt Tournament... played a season-high 59 minutes against Georgia State (11/9).

2018: Appeared in 15 matches within 2018 for the Mountaineers with seven starts ... logged 688 minutes of match play ... had his best season in a Mountaineer uniform with two goals and one assist for five points, which was fourth on the team ... also tied for fourth on the team in goals ... his solid season led to an All-Sun Belt Second Team honor ...  recorded his first goal of the season in a 3-0 win over Belmont (9/3) ... his second score came in a victory over then-No. 22 Coastal Carolina (10/13), giving the Apps their first win over a ranked opponent since 2009... ended the season with a total of seven recorded shots with four coming on goal.

2017: Started in nine of 16 games, opening the season with five-straight starts…logged 727 minutes, including a season high 82 minutes against LIU-Brooklyn (Sept. 3)…finished with nine shots, two on goal…helped anchor an attack that assisted on 75% of its goals…scored his lone goal, a game-winner, in the second half of a 3-2 victory over VCU (Aug. 27).

O’Keefe’s Take: “I have known [Austin] since he was nine years old. He is coming in with college game experience in a winning program. He has a competitive spirit and winning mentality. No matter if it was a 3v3 game at nine years old or the Academy playoffs, Austin is laser focused and goes out to win. He is dynamic and will make our program better from day one. He can score, defend and has a good soccer IQ. He does the simple thing very often, which helps him and his teammates execute more plays.”
