Cross Country

• Ran in four races, posting top-20 finishes in three
• Took second at the Montreat Open in a 5k PR time of 16:08
• Was 11th at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational in a 8k PR time of 26:04.2. Also took 17th at the season opening Covered Bridge Open in 26:07.2

Indoor

• Set a PR in the 3,000-meter run at the Sun Belt Championships, finishing 13th in 8:44.58. Also placed 15th in the 5,000-meter rin with a time of 15:38.16
• Notched a sixth place finish in the 5,000-meter run at the Darius Dixon Invitational in 15:28.05
• Was fifth in the 5,000-meter run at the VMI Team Challenge in 15:40.12

• Ran a season-best 15:40.27 in the 5,000-meter run at the Duke Invitational
• Posted a season-best time of 9:27.90 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Virginia Grand Prix, finishing fourth
• Was 10th (9:31.10) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 20th in the 5,000-meter run (15:48.06) at the Sun Belt Championships

2017-18
Cross Country

• Took part in four races over the course of the season
• Ran a PR of 26:48.7 in the 8K at the Upstate Invitational. Also posted best finish of the season (30th)
• Recorded two other top-50 finishes, placing 41st at the Mountain to Sea Open CC Meet (6.4K - 27:51.1) and 48th at the Covered Bridge CC Meet (8K - 27:49.8)

Indoor

• Competed twice in the 3,000-meter run, clocking a PR of 9:11.13 at the Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational
• Finished eighth in the 5,000-meter run at the ETSU Invitational in 16:05.89

• Turned in an eighth place performance at the Sun Belt Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:41.13
• Clocked a new PR in the 5,000-meter run at the 49er Classic, crossing in 15:06.68
• Was second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Weems Baskin Invitational in 9:31.71

Outdoor

• Redshirted the outdoor season
• As an unattached runner, won the 5000m at the VertKlasse meet at High Point University with a time of 15:16.48
• As an unattached runner, posted a 9:39 in the 3000m steeplechase in a meet at Charlotte
