BOONE, N.C. -- App State men's track & field was ranked in the top 10 of community service hours for Division I track & field for the 2019-20 academic year in hours recorded by Helper Helper.
The Mountaineers finished eighth overall in community service hours. Michigan was first, Miami (FL) was second and New Orleans was third.
App State volunteered throughout the community during the school year in events such as packing shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child and reading with students at local elementary school.
