CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Appalachian State men's track and field team will return to action after a one week hiatus on Friday and Saturday at the Charlotte Invitational. Friday's field events begin at 2 p.m. and running events start at 6:30 p.m., with Saturday's field events starting at 9 a.m. and running events beginning at noon.

At the Raleigh Relays on March 30 and 31, App State posted nine top-10 finishes (seven individual, two relays) in a strong field.
