BOONE, N.C. — Due to the potential for inclement weather Friday, the schedule for Appalachian State's home-opening baseball series against Marshall has changed, as the Mountaineers will begin the series Saturday at 1 p.m. and play a Sunday doubleheader starting at noon.
App State (3-4) played its first seven games on the road. Marshall (4-2) won two of three games at Elon last weekend.
The Mountaineers are close to breaking the program record for season-ticket holders. Season tickets can be purchased by clicking

(828) 262-2079 or by going to the ticket office, located at the Holmes Center, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays.
Single-game tickets can be purchased by clicking
HERE as well as by calling or visiting the ticket office. One ticket will be good for both Sunday games against Marshall.
