BOONE, N.C. - Appalachian State Athletics will host its 2018 All Sports Camp on April 3-6, which coincides with spring break for the Watauga County school system, as well as neighboring Ashe, Avery, Caldwell and Wilkes counties.
The 2018 All Sports Camp, open to girls and boys ages 6-14, will allow parents to drop off their children Tuesday-Friday on the App State campus for an action-packed day working with various Mountaineer coaches and student-athletes.
Starting at $200 for a full day or $125 for a half day, children will have the opportunity to participate in multiple sports such as soccer, basketball and volleyball. The camp will also provide health talks, speed and agility drills, and movies. Campers will enjoy the use of App State indoor facilities such as the Sofield Family Indoor Practice Facility and Varsity Gym.
Half days are from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m., while full days go from 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Discounts are available for Yosef Club members or Junior Mountaineer Kids Club members at $175 for a full day and $100 for a half day. The price for two siblings is $350 for a full day, representing a $50 discount.
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. until 9 a.m., and campers will be expected to bring a lunch, snacks, water bottle, tennis shoes and appropriate clothing for weather and activity.
