BOONE, N.C. – Appalachian State softball has announced their winter clinics set for Jan. 28 and Feb. 4. Registration is now open online for all sessions.
App State softball is excited to announce their winter clinics that will focus on infield, outfield, hitting, pitching and catching led by the coaching staff and players. Each session offers instruction, feedback, interaction and the opportunity for campers to showcase their skills.
App State softball will hold the following clinics on
Jan. 28:
Infield ($50)
10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Hitting ($65)
12:30 – 3 p.m.

Outfield ($50)
3:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Beginning pitching & catching* ($75)

The team and staff will also hold two clinics on

Check-in will begin 30 minutes prior to the start time of each clinic at the Sofield Family Indoor Practice Facility. If the weather permits, clinics will be held outside at Sywassink/Lloyd Family Stadium. Attendees are asked to bring appropriate clothing.
In addition, campers need to bring a glove, bat, batting gloves, tennis shoes, cleats, a water bottle, snacks and any other necessary equipment. No meals will be provided during or between sessions. *Pitchers must bring their own catchers for all pitching clinics.
Each player must also bring a completed Medical Release/Code of Conduct form found
